Prescription processing turnaround times

Were you aware it takes two working days to process and send your prescription electronically to your nominated pharmacy? We then recommend that you check with your nominated pharmacy how long it will take them to process the prescription and have your medications ready for collection.
Are you paying privately for any medications or injections? If the answer is yes, please use the NHS app to complete an eConsult and let us know what medication/injection you are receiving and how often. We will then add these to your medical record.
